Refund Policy

1. The Short Version
All subscription fees are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. This policy is issued by ArcFusion Technologies Corp. and forms part of our Terms of Service.
2. Evaluate Free Before Buying
The Free tier (8 skills) exists so you can try the tooling and content on your own machine before paying anything. Please use it to make sure the Service fits your setup before purchasing a paid plan.
3. Cancel Anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the account portal at /account. Your access continues until the end of the paid period you have already paid for. We do not issue refunds or credits for partial billing periods.
4. Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annual, as selected) until cancelled. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
5. EU/EEA Consumers
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA: by purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content (download and license activation) and acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery begins. Any non-waivable statutory rights you have under local law remain unaffected.
6. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges
If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or otherwise billed in error, contact us and we will correct the billing error promptly — including refunding the erroneous charge.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your card issuer — billing errors are almost always faster to fix directly. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first, where the underlying charge was valid, may result in suspension of the associated license while the dispute is resolved.
